It's kind of like a 3rd blind twice the size of the big blind. Everyone was putting one on and he skipped it. Ivey Poker doesn't have a good rep either.

It's called Omaha. Where each player holds 4 cards instead of 2. Rules are the same. Hand rank is still the same. It's just 4 cards. It's still best out of 5 but you can only use 2 cards out of your 4. Me, personally I don't like it. I prefer to sticking to gangster poker aka Hold'em :)
