At his peak, Bill Cody may have been the biggest star in the world.

Literally, at the end, I was pointing at my screen and saying out loud, "There he is! That's him! It's him!" LOL. I'm sitting by myself in the house. So special to see Buffalo Bill Cody "live, in person," 120 years later, and clips of the rest of the show too. We are truly blessed in this era to be able to "visit the past." I'm so glad that someone took that original film, and that you uploaded it. Thank you.

I remember my great grandmother telling me when Buffalo Bill and his wildest show came to walsall, England 1902 she'd never seen anything like it before and the clown on stilts scared her, it was the first time she'd ever seen a native american before and the show was amazing.

My grandfather met his train when the show came to Philadelphia. A carriage and two horses were brought off a boxcar. Buffalo Bill and Pawnee Bill climbed into the carriage. Gramps jumped onto the running board. As they drove down Market Street, Buffalo Bill leaned over and said to Gramps: "Get off, kid".

My Grandfather was a bronc rider in the show. He was the one who demonstrated the bronc ride before the Queen. He had many pictures and letters in his steamer trunk. Much of his pictures were stolen but a few still survive to this day.

I found this on Facebook Page for EXPO 1906 Milano. So it seems this could be part of the 1906 Italian Tour.

La fama de Búffalo Bill más se debe a la de gran cazador de bisontes que a otro tipo de actividades, pues fue explorador del ejército americano y también empresario de teatro. en sus últimos años y con el que hizo giras por el continente europeo.

I’m guessing 1920’s, Bill looks at least 55. Not many films like this around, pretty vintage.

I don't like Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show. These scenes are so sad. The horses were very scared and I don't know about how the native indians were treat, problably as only objetcs for the show. Thanks god it doesn't exist more.

Finally a comment I agree with. Buffalo bill faught in the Indian wars. A war meant to rip my people from our land. Then made these shows out of it and i agree the indigenous people in the show were probably treated souly like objects

Read your history. The various native peoples were paid well and Buffalo Bill was great friends with Chief Sitting Bull. Without the show the they would have been sitting around on a reservation with nothing to do. Buffalo Bill took on as many as he could and the positive testimony that they gave of him should be enough for us.
