We Had NO IDEA What Was Going to Happen | Bus From Podgorica to Tirana

- This was our first border crossing on a bus and we had no idea what was going to happen. There is not a lot of information online about this particular crossing and with COVID, anything can happen. When you travel cheap, luxury is never an option. Or is it? Our bus from Podgorica, Montenegro to Tirana, Albania, was our nicest and most comfortable bus ride to date.

So beautiful and exciting…please be careful..Think of you two all the time
Hugs to you both 😉
We miss you too! Although an adventure is what we're looking for, we are always careful and research as much as we can so we know what we are getting ourselves into. Thank you always for watching and supporting us along the way!
the end had me cracking up
hahaha. We have about 12 more of those too.
I loved the blooper reel hahaha
Hahahha. We got it eventually.
coming soon i will be there ...i take Bus or train not Taxi
Cool video, nice tips! I'll do the opposite in September, go from Tirana to Podgorica. I'm a bit worried about exchanging money, but I hope it goes ok!
Montenegro uses the Euro. We always recommend taking money out of an ATM for the best exchange rate and always take out a little more than you think you will need. We had no problems exchanging money in Tirana and always had a good exchange rate. Have fun in Montenegro!
@@SOSASATSUNRISE Thank you very much!!
I didn't quite understand what you said about the tickets. you pay more when you buy them online and you have to find a way to print them yourself?
Ha yes and yes. The convenience of making sure you have a seat I guess
Love it ! We are literally about to do this trip - we are currently in Bar, Montenegro - heading up to Podgorica and then grabbing the bus. Can I ask what company you guys used for the bus ? Cheers in advance 😀!
Our go to website for buses is getbybus.com. I do not believe there are major bus companies in these parts, only private vans. If you buy them online you have to print a copy of the ticket. It may be easier to go straight to the bus station when you arrive in Podgorica and buy a ticket in person. Also, I would recommend the earliest bus. It will save you a few hours of driving. Have fun!
Hello! i cant find the name of the bus pls? thanks!
We used getbybus.com. I remember the early morning bus was the fastest. Pick the one that fits your schedule and budget. I think most of the companies are just a dude who has a van.
I'm hoping to do this in August!
Is the bus air conditioned?
I would imagine this particular bus had A/C but this trip was in mid November so A/C was not needed. It's a nice long ride with good views. Hope you enjoy!
