Hi nice video, I hate to be 'that guy' but I just think it's important to the legacy of these old tractors. This tractor is actually just a Ferguson, it didn't become Massey Ferguson until the MF 35. Really nice video though, good to blow out the cobwebs now and then 👍🙂
I think you're right, but what's a mystery to me is the registration papers show TED20 and specify fuel as Fotogen (kerosene), but it has a single fuel tank and the guy I bought it from said it runs petrol. The serial number on the chassis is painted so many layers I can't make it out too.
@@anghagenfarm5346 my fergie is a very early te20, which would originally have a continental engine but somewhere along the way it got swapped for a ted engine. There probably aren't many that are completely original, after all they are around 70 years old!
Agreed, without a seatbelt the bars won't do much to save life if it rolls, I think they're just there to screw some perspex into to keep the rain off your head. I've seen a few other Grålle around with the same construction against weather.
@@anghagenfarm5346 My old dad used to have his shirts altered by a women whose husband was a farmer with one of these old Ferguson tractors, it too had a steel frame over the seat area but it had a roof and side panels and glass to keep the rain off l think, this was about 50 years ago.
Thank you sir you must be the only man on here to show that life isn’t all rosey. I start my 35x and ted cold with a prayer 😅
Nice rollbar!
Le plus beau tracteur du monde 1955 👍👍👍🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷

Hey thanks for the information!
Looks good
5:12 I thought "that's a bit fast to go into a barn" 😅
😂
You should have a choke control rod on the dashboard, opposite side to the ignition key.
Yes the connector rod from the choke control to the carb is broken, still need to fix that.
@@anghagenfarm5346 har du fixat det än ?
🚜🚜🚜🚜😎😎😎👍
Det är väl ingen TED?
dangeres driver.
Isn't that a tea20? Ted20's have a twin tank, petrol for starting and tvo/parrafin for running.

Lovely tractor however, she’s huffing so sounds like a burned valve?
It's petrol tractor that is why they took them on polar expeditions!!!!!
أين تانكي البنزين
Give it choke ridiculous turning it over so long without choking it.
It’s not a Massey but just a Furguson I know because I have a 1949 tvo version with duel speed box
Lovely little tractor, sorry don’t think muck of the rollover protection system.

Petrol engines are easier to start than diesel ones in 🥶cold
The igination timing is out.
he doest have a clue how to drive stalling it every 2 secounds fool
I felt like a fool too. You're right I didn't have much clue, this was one of my first few times driving the tractor.
@@anghagenfarm5346 shit sorry man didnt know that so I really am sorry ... There is a very high clucth in some of them
