Oh my god pilates reformer changed my life! It is such a good workout and low impact and the results are showing 2 weeks in. Definitely recommend! It’s the only workout i do

I do reformer Pilates twice a week in south London! Best fun! Cannot recommend it enough! Try a beginner’s class to learn the basics! I do like mat Pilates too but much prefer reformer with the machines!

Try the grande lash (but stick with it!!) I no longer even want lash extensions and get compliments daily. If anything, it’ll help strengthen your naturals for lash extensions. Highly HIGHLY recommend 💜

I used to embrace new age spirituality and now I am a Christian and have become born again. There is no life filled with more peace and true joy (not happiness) when you have Christ in your heart. New Age spirituality is unfortunately rooted in occultism and was popularised by occultist Helena Blavatsky, Aleister Crowly and Charles Mason were massive fans of her teachings. I pray that Christ would touch your heart and that you will one day experience his fullness. Lots of love!

You should do Pilates, but stick to weight training too. Once you turn 30 we lose like 10% of muscle mass and then 35 you lose even more especially for us women as you head into your late 30s when your hormones start to change you really want to keep that muscle mass for as long as you can.
