I’ve travelled Business a few times LHR to BKK EVA , I thought everything was exceptional, the cabin crew in particular were amazing, going again soon can’t wait!
This is the quacky reviewer who spent $8K for a one-way from Bali to LAX and hated it. Now she takes it again? Can’t be trusted. Also, you’re still mispronouncing E. V. A. And the last plane is an a330.
Many flights with EVA from Amsterdam, Paris or Vienna to Bangkok, mostly continue to Taipeh. Also some Asian flights. I had for 95% very friendly crews and smooth flights. Service, seat space and food choice were always good to excellent. Luggage came always with the flight and I got it soon at arrival belt. I think the service is a bit on distance (kind of Asian way) but more personified as on others. Amenity kid is nothing to evaluate, it's just an nice add-on. My standings for long business flights are 1) Qatar 2) EVA 3) Singapore. But as always - it's a personal taste and decision.
"My standings for long business flights are 1) Qatar 2) EVA 3) Singapore." fully agreed! Also with the rest of your comment. Qatar is definitely the best!
Sorry if I sound rude but turbulence isn’t really a factor you can control while flying. The seats on the first plane are probably like 9-12 years olds considering that the average EVA Air 777-300ER aircraft age is around 11.5 years old, those seats are pretty high quality going through 11.5 years of wear and tear and sweat.
agreed. as a business traveler for 20 years, i've seen a huge decline in service in first and business across many carriers... cathay... EVA... etc., they're all getting crappier.
My cousins say STARLUX is way worse than EVA. It may be a personal preference or that one flight but they said that the food was worse, cabin crew were rude, they had to pay for extra fees and overall it was a terrible ride. They flew SGN -> TPE -> LAX but they said it was terrible and had to stay on the plane at the gate for an hour. Me personally I favor EVA but STARLUX isn’t that bad its staff just don’t match the experience that EVA has.
being so a picky, if you have the money you should fly in first class every time you go, Taiwans airlines is not recommended for pickys to enjoying on, go on your stupid emirates😊

How gracious of you to give EVA a chance to redeem themselves! I bet they've been desperate for this wonderful opportunity.
hahahahahahaa
For being so picky, you should travel first class.
It does not say fragrance! Its an Italian designer Salvatore Ferragamo........
🤣 thank you cos I was so confused at what she meant. Now I realise it was nonsense

Once again, give up. You are not a natural flight reviewer.

I hope I never have to share a flight with you. Maybe you should stick with Emirates.
I have flown EVA many times in business class ORD to Asia and have always been impressed. Customer service on the other hand is less than impressive.

No welcome drink, no hot towels, no snack bars, no snacks in between? Outdated IFE? Looks like asiana biz to me
Honestly, The one experience I have had with EVA wasnt a terrible one but Starlux is definitely the way to travel from the US to Taiwan. Great Video!

Also why would you compare EVA Air to Emirates..... that's not very logical Emirates is king of the sky and almost triple the price of EVA!
You are so ungrateful
I think it’s you. You seem
To be too picky. Looking for things to complain about.
It is just a spoiled brat.
Better I will like instead of dislike
Lolololo settle down... fly private..
you're just spoiled
