I love doing bottom lashes... my first "bottom lash" client was this bougie lady who came in with volume fans twisted all over on the bottom causing her natural lashes to prematurely fall out. She told me to fill them lol I said I didn't have it on my menu but I would do it for $30. Her previous tech told her to get a lash perm/tint, but I said no, because of the chemical treatment and the missing lashes. After a couple fills, I couldn't ethically continue this so I persuaded her to let me apply .15 classic 7mm extensions... you know what? They looked so much fuller! 😲🤓The lighter weight also allowed new lashes to grow in. BTW my client has a few layers from the inner to the middle and a single layer on the outer 1/4. I try to get every lash. If I have a gap, I add a second extension but hold it in a certain way to make it reach into the gap. Have funnn!!!
I LOVE BOTTOM LASHES!!❤❤ I'm glad you gave it a try! How did you like it?? You're doing it right with the eyepad. It works the same way as do the top lashes. I do the same thing, I still isolate. Keep trying. You'll get it! I still practice on my husband because he has two layers of bottom lashes, so he's perfect work with!! That will be a wonderful addition to your menu, and I believe you will kill it. Please keep going! I wanna see you do it!😊😊😊... your sets are truly amazing now when you do bottoms I know you will be the best in the industry for real for real!! 🎉🎉
i love how you uploaded this despite being a very talented qualified lash tech! it shows that no matter where you are in your journey there’s still loads to learn. nobody becomes an expert overnight! takes hard work. they also still look perfect even tho you said this is a fail😂❤
True story but I've been fascinated by eyelashes since I was a little girl. My god-sister is beautiful. But she, as a child, had long top and bottom eye lashes. I thought mine wouod grow as I got older. But genetics said: Nah. So I've bought lash strips for my bottom lashes. I also watched an episode of Botched. This woman was on that had some ribs removed to make her waist smaller and she had hair transplanted into her eye lashes. I can't to this day tell you what she was on that show to have fixed because all I heard was that you can have a cosmetic surgery to get thicker lashes. I've looked into it but essentially the lashes never stop growing. And you have to keep trimming them. So that's not a procedure that I'd want. But I think you did a great job with the bottom lashes. Your client did have a lot of bottom lashes. Some of them went in different directions but they were cute. And the bottom lashes that you added weren't too heavy meaning they didn't look unnatural or odd.
I totally agree with you!! I've always been fascinated with lashes as well which got my into lashing 😍 are you a lash artist as well or do you get your lashes done?
what do you do in a situation like my case I'm older I have very sparse lashes and gaps between my lower lashes ware no lashes are how would you recommend to put lower lashes on for a situation like that?

@@LostArtistryLash I'm not a lash artist. I also don't get my lashes done. But I'd like to find someone to do my lashes.

I would recommend using low diameters, such as .03 in volume lash fans to keep the weight low - I would also choose wide stem fans to cover the gaps.
@@LostArtistryLash Awesome thank you so much, can I glue the fan lash to my shin in those areas cause there's no lash at all or how would I do that?
@@EsteeDarla Could you please provide a bit more detail about what you're referring to? I want to make sure I understand your question correctly
I’ve seen others do it but the clients they do it on, they have like maybe 1-2 layers.
Ouuu interesting. Thanks for sharing 🥰
You’re welcome
I’ve actually did bottom lashes on my sister.. it was pretty easy actually
That's amazing!! Do you have any tips?
This was the hardest thing I ever did, I swear! I don’t think I could do it again 😅
lol I felt the exact same sister. You’re definitely not alone 😅 but I did it another time since and it’s starting to click
