- Welcome to Codenames! We're split up into two teams and have to guess our "secret" words before the opposing team. Each team has a spymaster who can see the entire board. The spymaster comes up with a word or phrase that can link as many correct words together as possible WITHOUT linking the opposing team's words. And if the gray word is chosen by either team, it's game over. Super fun game. I love being spymaster and losing my mind listening to my teammates figuring it out lol. Feels very much like being dead in Among Us and shouting at my computer monitor. Enjoy!

Whenever Chilled starts guessing I rip my hair off. Scientists would have a field trip trying to figure out how his brain functions.
It's like his brain is a Venn Diagram but instead of being two-dimensional, it is instead three or even four-dimensional. He sees vague connections that a two-dimensional Venn Diagram would have a hard time linking.

Watching Chilled play Codenames made me love him. He shifts from being the best player to being a loose canon in a matter of seconds and I'm here for it.

When Ze only had Lemonade, Step, and Table left, I was singing the "The duck walked up to the lemonade stand, and he said to the man, runing the stand, hey! dun, dun, dun. Got any grapes?" song for like that whole round xD

Also there are still glaciers (for now). Usually when you say ancient [object/place/people], it often means they are no longer around (ancient Greece, ancient Rome ect) and although dinos are technically still around (birds), you usually think of the extinct dinosaurs which aren't around.

Even though it's insanely stressful to watch Chilled maneuver around these clues like Neo with bullets, it's also really fun to watch.
Chilled was trigger happy the first round and the one time we needed him to be trigger happy with step, he wasn't XD.
When Chilled was confused by "purse" I think he was thinking of the blue area near the goal, which is called a "crease"

Is it possible to set up a separate DISCORD for the Spymasters? I think it would be a really interesting to hear how manic they would get as their partners decide on the wrong words.
That would be cool but part of the fun/stress is from hearing their teammates’ reasoning, so a separate spymaster discord channel wouldn’t work for that.

lil bit oh hockey lore: Hockey pucks were originally solid rubber balls. Don't forget the round kind of disc is spelled with a D, and disk with a K refers to hard disks. Discus is an old word for a disc, and diskette for disk.
