What IS potentially bad is washing with very hot water, and then toweling off your hair aggressively. When the scalp is warm and your hair is wet, it is much easier to pull the whole follicle out, and these are replaced less often as you age. Warm water, pat your hair.

i think tanks should deal almost no damage but have more cc and survivability. like a tank should be able to cc you for 5-7 seconds per fight while surviving for 10-15s instead of surviving for 5-6s while killing you in 3s

And balding is genetic moms carry it so if mom side of family is bald look into the shampoos if they aren’t don’t worry about it your good
