- What is the best E-collar for dogs? Well, that's kind of a tricky question to answer because every dog and situation is little different. I created this video as a starting point for anyone trying to figure out what E-collar to buy. In this video we are going over a wide range of different Dogtra collars to help you determine which models are relevant for your particular situation. I have been using Dogtra for years and I have always had amazing results. Because my experience with the brand has been so overwhelming positive, I truly feel that Dogtra offers the best E-collars for training dogs.
