Sat sri akaal I traveled in this sleeper bus on 13.3.23 two days ago so disappointed long rite from phagwara to Delhi Airport as heard very good service but it’s opposite no pillows not even any light weight bed sheet or blanket if feels chilli you can keep on you and no tv working specially for elderly people like me in 75 years it’s very uncomfortable half damadge matters how can 7,8 hrs goes when you can’t comfortables also for emergency I think need a toilet if any body become sick what can that person st international coaches everyone have a toilet that’s the main issue too I csme in this bus but not anymore ticket too expensive which was rs2800 but no facilities I don’t recommend for long rite for elderly people 🇬🇧

Staff need proper training. Why a passenger should not get the seat which he selected at the time of booking. We should go for Punjab Govt. Buses which are good and economical too
