It's probably because aternos doesn't allow you to add some specific mods to a server and doesn't allow you to add your own files as mods because their devs are scared of crypto miners and Vivilly wanted to add all the 15 dwellers to one world but aternos didn't allow him to add most of them, so that's probably why he is not playing with palpers. (Or they just had an argument and papers refused to join)

PS: I saw some comments thinking it was the Kim Dweller: It is not. It is a more general and unique Mimic Dweller with its own design, animations and sounds and it will soon have its own AI that allows it to mimic the player voices and the stealing of the skins of the players it killed.

To make it MUCH more creepy you should Change shaders to insanity shaders, add absolute darkness, add sound physics, add a customizable fog mod and turn it high up. This will make it creepier, more unique, more interesting, and surprising for you and us (the audience).

The Weakness Potion and Golden Apple are for the Zombie Villager in there, which this structure is how it naturally introduces how curing Zombie Villagers works! Pretty cool, huh?
Also there are Iron bars there which speeds up the curing, there is also a bed there but I’m not sure if that also speeds it up

You can reduce the noises of most Dwellers by going into the mod configs
this way the Goatman is SOOOO much more bareable

That random structure is related to the man from the fog, at night if you use the tear of the man on it which you get from killing it you get teleported to a dark demention

Having the same world for the mods that don't change the terrain (atleast mostly or just on world generation) is a pretty good idea, considering it would be annoying and hard to get back to where you were before.
