    Thanks for posting Real videos that so many of us can relate to. We all go through ups and downs in life.
    Don’t worry...I still have nothing on my walls and I’ve been moved for 3 years. I’m enjoying the more simple lifestyle.

    I've been looking for a clean perfume that doesn't have all the harsh and toxic chemicals of conventional perfumes. Thanks for sharing a picture of the one you have tried. I'm definitely going to look into it. I really enjoyed your video, as always! 💛

    Hello Margaret, thank you for your videos. I’ve learnt much! I have a question…what was the spelling for the meditation you said you use? Is it Christian/scripture based meditation? I’m looking for a recommendation for scripture based audio/reflection to listen to during the day to supplement bible reading 🙂

    Great video, Margaret! I'm very curious about something. I can tell you have a holistic mindset. That's why I love your videos! I too am holistic. I'm wondering your take on eating meat. I used to consume the Standard American Diet but now I am plant-based. I have my days where I go back and forth- should I add a little bit of animal protein to my diet (I think my body says yes eat that egg but my heart says NO). I'm a health coach and know all the benefits to eating plant-based and the cons of eating meat. Absolutely zero judgement here, I'm just curious about your mindset around it 😊

      Thanks so much! I went in and out of eating meat over the past two years. I never really cut it out, just ate more or less depending on what I felt like eating. But recently, I've started learning about pro-metabolic eating and how animal proteins are imperative for a strong metabolism and for lowering cortisol in the body and it's really interesting stuff.       Forgot to mention too...I try to only buy meats from a local farmer. I don't trust the ethics and purpose behind mass production of meat. I eat only grass fed, grass finished meat, pastured eggs, raw dairy etc. Obviously I can't control it 24-7 but that a pretty high non negotiable in our house.

    This was such a lovely, calming video! 💛 I have to ask about the beef tallow- where do you get it and do you put it on every day? And any thoughts on putting spf/sunscreen on your face daily- yay or nay?

      I always set an alarm and most days I wake up naturally and just turn it off. But when babies don't sleep well, I let body rest until it goes off.

    Thank you for a great video! I’m curious about what you do as far as hygiene without deodorant. I have been wanting to stop but don’t know how to control odor without it. I’d love to hear your tips or what you do :)

      I detox with apple cider vinegar, keep good, hormone-friendly eating habits and detox estrogen by eating vitamin K by mitolife and raw carrots :)
