So you don’t need to build seal all the way to 100? Only needs a 100/70/100v

Technically no. But 100% means unlimited right so better in that sense. Overall yeah you wouldn't need 100% seal here. Link board can also increase para/seal resistances by 30% but that will only apply to attack am and GGW, not defense so there's different ways of using these formulas
