Hi Ed - the battery in the Gemini 2 lasts quite long, approximately 2-3 years

So, having checked and rechecked my time and location settings (including all signs and offsets) and having changed to a fresh battery in my Gemini 2, my GM811G still points at the ground when slewing to Vega, which is directly overhead (after a cold start from CWD) and generally has no idea where anything is. What should be my next avenue for troubleshooting?

Hi Mark - the Quickstart we mention is on your hand controller. When you first boot up it will ask you what mode you want to start in: Quickstart, Cold Start, Warm Start, and Warm Restart. Just choose Quickstart. Hope that answers your question, thanks for the comment!

LOSMANDY I found a quick start document on the website. Seems to be almost Word for Word from a video that Scott did a few years ago. I just searched for the phrase Losmandy and Quickstart and it showed up on Google
