Bomi's shoes slipped a few times but so did the rest of the girls, and all of them had trouble hitting their marks, Naeun was the most noticable. That stage is a little too small for them to do the "NO, NO, NO" choreo correctly. that and the floor seems to be a bit slippery. Bomi did fine.

It looks like they didn't had a proper rehearsal. They had problems to adjust the choreo to the stage size and no clue where the center of the stage was... I guess that confetti on the stage makes it even hard, because it makes the stage slippery... dangerous!
It's most likely because the stage is big and they want to spread themselves out so as to interact with all sides of audience, hence the formation looks slightly messy
