Here's what i've understood after watching this video:
#RULES OF DOING BUSINESS IN PAKISTAN (even just for staying & growing in Pakistan):
1- Don’t worry about taking CREDIT of any work. You'll still be credited in some other way.
2- Kamyabi ki “ZAKAT”. Try to bear any incoming HURDLE.
3- Help others, but don’t give them a JOB based on emotions (you can help them by building a small business for them).
4- If a person is eligible, give him a JOB. Don't look for his ethnicity, background, cast etc.
5- People gets JEALOUS, stay smarter.
6- Be Friend to SUCCESSFUL people, use references (when needed).
7- PAISA PHENK = TAMASHA DEKH. (Give rishwat “not recommended”).
8- Avoid “EGO” of others & yours. Also, avoid being bitch.
9- Respect ones level of EXPERTISE/expert people.
10- Give BREATHING space to others (when needed) even if you have to break your own rules.
11- SELFISH LEADERS: Make use of them instead (this could be a great deal).
12- Avoid COMPLAINING, keep learn stuff & progress further.
13- Avoid taking COMPLIMENTS. It’s way harmful than you think of.
14- Stay “HONEST”, “CLEAN” & “PURE” always. Success will be your destiny.

Fourteen points to work in Pakistan
1. Don't Worry who takes your work's Credit.
2. Bear Zulm (tourture) ,Hasad (Jeolousness ), Jhoot (Lies) as a Zakat (Charity) of your Success.
3. Help Needy but do not give job, give job to eligibles only.
4. Give Job who is competent for the job.
5. Support Relatives binding them to improve their skills and pay to support.
6. Keep influential personnel as friends only but not do more for them.
7. Give Money & get your stuck jobs done.
8. Have fear from others ego.
9. Respect intelligent personnel.
10. Save or support personnel relexing rules.
11.Hire or keep Selfish Leaders who can do your job perfectly for money or desired incentives.
12. Do not show disagreement / do not taunt on others frequently or rarely.
13. Do not listen good words about yourself specially that you do not have.
14. Honesty a great strategical Skill ever.

As Salam u Alaikum Zeeshan sir! I would request you to please make a video on why skills are important & degree isn't. Too many people aren't understanding & they're just going to universities for the sake of degrees. I personally know many MBA's who don't have the confidence of talking with people & I also know many others without degrees, who have groomed themselves to the level that many BBA students are not there.
Also, being an undergrad, the quality of teachers we're being taught from are sadly, sadly very disappointing. Many are PHDs, masters, having international degrees, but they're seriously reading out the slides, not have the charisma to move any student, no knowledge apart from the books & even there are professors who discourage studying from the internet saying it's all a lie!
Please guide us in this area! I'm sure you know a lot more than I've mentioned here.

According to him that doesnt fall in bribe bcz bribe is the one that we offer as an initiater to take unfair advantage while what nukta 7 is considered as tawan/ bhatta as someone else is stoping us to take our fair advantage.
