Does someone know please how to do it in the wix blog? Thanks Edit (i found it): you select the text, put a link on it, chosse Section on the link panel, and choose the text (section).
Hey Sara, thanks for the info. I was wondering is it possible to link my anchor points to a search window that would be placed on my home page? I have a football site that i am wanting to make an app for the mobile phone or Ipad Instead of scrolling to the one you need info on I wanted to make a search window on the main page to type in the number of the sb in question.
thanks for this, but my one question isn't answered here. I have added my anchors which work perfectly in desktop, but when I am in mobile it links to the top of the section, rather than the actual image. How do I add an anchor to an IMAGE, or else how do I add a vertical anchor?
what if I want the anchor so I can link from one page on my multi-page site, to another page from my own site? why would i need that? to link a specific product into a blog post (also known as an article); or even more complicated: I have a page that explains about 15 procedures. I also have a page with different classes. I want anchors on the procedures page, so I can link to their explanations from the classes' pages - instead of repeating the explanation on each of the few tens of classes' pages. I don't need the anchor menu for that. is there something else I can use? can this even be done in wix? you know, like in plain old HTML you would just mark a word as link to a different place somewhere in the www: your site, another site, whatever
This video was more helpful than the tutorials made by Wix. Thank you!
funny - 2 people from wix couldn´t help me 2 days long... you needed 3 minutes and I solved it by myself. You really helped me a LOT! Thank you!
Thanks Sara, somehow adding this feature was not very intuitive to find. You video was very helpful and spot on. Appreciate it.
You are my hero. I am designing my father's website using Wix and Wix couldn't explain it to me better than you did. Thank you.
I finally was able to fix a frustrating situation with linking an anchor to the about section. Thank you sooooo much!
Thank you! A few minor updates on the menus but this video is still pertinent!
Saved me A LOT of time. Thank you! 🙏🏾
