Give Thanks Bakery.
My new favorite bakery in the Rochester area!
I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner of Give Thanks Bakery, Katy Knoer.
Katy’s passion for baking and serving is so obvious through her work, kindness, and care for the community! People come from out of state just to get her almond croissant & the French levain (her most popular sourdough loaf). So, of course, I had to try them!
Needless to say, I was back 2 days later for more!!
Katy sources all of her ingredients locally for her baked goods, and you can find her products being served at some of our local restaurants in the Rochester area. She’s just that good.
