      김재준 hi! Your comment is the first one on this video.
      I think many people have the same problem.
      Too many bubble is caused by the depth of milk jug.
      Use slim and tall milk jug, and froth more milk about 200ml.
      Don't forget slant milk jug. Try them!
      I know cafe latte is in fashion in Korea. If you can make it, you'll be a super hero among young girls. lol
      If it is alright with you, could you translate English subtitles into Korean?
      The way is below.

      Use full cream milk, insert frother machine deep enough so it does not suck air to the milk too much. Wait untill the milk "thicky". And milk volume rise at lease 50% because the air trapped in it.

    Hi. At 5:03 you mentioned circling is important. which circling that you meant? the circling of the paper cup or the pouring a bit of milk and mixing?

    • @cappuccinable
      @cappuccinable  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Circling paper cup is very important. Circle the paper cup to make the foam silky. Good foamed milk is shinny. I'm sure that you, practicing a lot, understand it.

    Hi, i just wanna ask you, because i watch another video they make froth by french press. But they transfer the milk to milk jug (metal). Can i just pour the milk right from french press? I always fail, may be i can't do latte art, because i'm not a barista, just wanna try to make coffee at home for my self. If not, may be i should make this paper jug.

    • @loneshikoku7831
      @loneshikoku7831 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      U can make latte art straight from the french press but due to the spout being quite short it can be tricky. Practice makes perfect and you will be looking to get silky foam with no visible bubbles

    • @cappuccinable
      @cappuccinable  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The answer is......"No"
      French press has too short to make latte art.
      Good metal milk jug helps you to make good latte art. For example delonghi's or LattleWare's ones.
      And this paper milk jug is also helpful but metal jug is the best.
      I am a home barista not professional like you, so after some practices you can make good latte art as you wants. ;-)

    • @cappuccinable
      @cappuccinable  6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      20 times, you tried hard! Do you mean thick milk is too foamy? You should put less air into milk. After putting air you must circle the pitcher strongly. And pour it immediately. You can find the difference between us by watching my other videos. Keep it up!! ;-)

    • @eurgio7474
      @eurgio7474 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      cappuccinable thank you for the reply but if you say PUT AIR INTO MILK tou mean in the begining if you put the mixer into the milk ? I have too stay longer time to mix the surface from the milk or less time ??

    • @cappuccinable
      @cappuccinable  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Frothing milk process has 2 steps.
      1. Aerate: Put the tip of the milkfrother deep into the pitcher vertically. Start frothing. Put air into milk for a few seconds.
      2. Stir: Mix the bubbles and the milk. Slant the frother at the angle of 45 degrees. Don't put air into the milk any more. It's about 30 to 60 sec to stir.

    Why do you use cocoa powder so often?

    • @cappuccinable
      @cappuccinable  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's so important to make good latte art.
      Cocoa powder changes the surface tension of coffee and make it easy to flow.
      If you don't like cocoa, you don't have to use it.
      But beautiful latte art needs cocoa powder by my method without an espresso machine.

    • @cappuccinable
      @cappuccinable  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      French press doesn't have enough stout to make latte art. You should froth milk with a french press, then pour it to stainless or paper jug, and then pour it to a coffee cup. For beginners, an electric milkfrother is better than a french press. thank you ;-)
