Has anyone else noticed that TH-cam has put a wildly high amount of ads in Scripture videos compared to literally any other music or audio? I personally think it's an effort to deter and discourage those who would listen. Yet another indication of the worldly against God. I'm grateful to serve the King of kings!
It's not TH-cam. It's the person whose channel it is. An example is Off the Kirb channel. I am not a fan of his theology but I admire the fact he has no ads (not even at the start) and he made a video to explain why.
Especially in gospel music too!! From what I remember ads usually never play in the middle of songs 👎🏽 could be because some gospel songs are 8 mins however I still stand by what I said

I remember me and my daughter taking turns in reading the Psalms all night long in a Woman's Refuge. We were minding Jack, a Prostitutes baby, and the Demons were all around the Refuge trying to kill him. I knew if we made it to dawn, he'd live, and he did. The moment we stopped reading while we switched over, me holding him and her reading or the other way round, the Demons outside would bang on the windows and slam the gate over and over in a rage! The Psalms kept them quiet and at bay. There's great power in the Psalms, especially Psalm 91. The Psalm of protection. Amen!

I was homeless for ten days after I left my then husband, had no car, and my only job was cleaning my friends house for a small amount of money. - work hard - every day do as MUCH as you can to further yourself and your kids (I walked around my neighborhood and handed out flyers for housecleaning… everywhere I felt I could walk with my cleaning supplies in hand) - keep praying You’ve got this. I now have several clients and make decent money …. You can do this

My son is adopted privately at birth. He has autism and seizures. My body is very tired from the long yrs of doing this job. His autism is 4 children in 1 , I need a client that I can take care of 4 to 5 hrs a day where my child can stay with me and I can do the task I'm called to do. Jmhe needs constant supervision. Please folks the state is not an option. 600 .00 and pills for my child? No God will give me favor and somewhere safe and manageable. I need a slow down job so my body can heal and continue to raise my son up for God's glory! We were in a Woman's Refuge, and Jack was born a Heroin addict to a Prostitute Mother whilst She was kidnapped by a crazy Doctor. She couldn't cope and had left Jack in my care. Demons were trying to take his life, they were banging on the windows, knocking the bins over and slamming the gate. We took turns in reading or holding Jack. We were terrified, Jack slept soundly safe in our arms, and under the protection of the Psalms. As the Sun came up, the Demons fled, and Jack was alive. Yes, the power of the book of Psalms! Thank you Lord for keeping that little boy alive, Amen!
I read the whole Bible , threw your King James recording and conceived it better .. while having it read , while using a marker and follow … I loved these because I could do one book at a time .. and it. It’s really hard to enjoy this audio reading because it seems like every time i finally get into it, there is an advertisement every 5 minutes. I listen to this while I am sleeping… I do not want to hear hour long ads in my sleep. This used to be my favorite playlist but now i feel as if i am being forced into purchasing youtube red just so that way I can actually enjoy the video.
Too many ads😮 i’ve never seen so many ads on a video on TH-cam. I’m sure a lot of us watch this and listen to it as we fall asleep. I fall asleep for a few minutes and I have to hit skip ad for four hours😮
It’s TH-cam. Unless we buy the premium version we have to deal with ads unfortunately. I do report the vile ones though as they are highly inappropriate and I hate my children to have to hear them. Lord bless you!
The constant ads while listening are irritating. Some of the ads that play during these Bible videos are for pornographic material which makes it much worse. Children or young people who are coming here to listen to the Bible may be exposed to perverted ads. Don’t know if this channel is chasing TH-cam money? If you the channel can… it should really turn off all ads. All of the worldly ads that constantly play really waters down the great work of giving people the Bible

Okay so if the godly/righteous don't stand in the way of sinners, when people go preaching and teaching the gospel, are they standing in the way of sinners? Or did I mistake the verse?
Perhaps it means don't try stop them physically. If you do a study on dispensation it really helps understanding the bible. Basically we were saved by different means at different times when Jesus was alive on earth the law saved but when he died for us the new way was made. He fulfilled the law and gave new commandments in the garden when Judas ran off. In those the whole law is fulfilled.the devil loves to use bible verses to confuse
In short, it means to not spend time with the ungodly outside of spreading the Gospel/necessary reasons. For a longer explanation, look at the context - "Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful." There is a progression from walking to standing then to sitting. This shows that the more time you spend with those that aren't of the faith - the more you become like them. (This generally happens no matter what - you become more like those you spend time with.) Coming from experience, I am thankfully now a Christian, there was however a time where I went away from the faith. The biggest reason being was I started hanging around witches, they were at first nicer and more accepting than most Christians I knew at the time (later on they turned out to be very manipulative and narcissistic; which I am thankful for - it helped me come back to Christ.) However, the more time I spent around them, the more I fell away from the faith and eventually became a pagan witch for about a year. I am thankful Jesus saved me and pulled me out of witchcraft and paganism. However, I think it would've been better if I had resisted temptation and dove deeper into the Christian faith. So don't hang around those you don't want to be like. God bless you, I hope this helps. Praying for you. (Btw, hanging around witches and those of heathen faiths opens doors for evil spirits. Only be around them to spread the Gospel, or as necessary - like if some of your coworkers or peers at school are. Be kind and loving to them. But stay away from them as much as possible, and pray for them. Set boundaries if you have to - if they get offended then they get offended, as long as your just setting boundaries and not trying to be a jerk then you're completely guiltless. This advice can definitely be for dealing with anyone, not just witches - as I am sure you are aware.)

It’s really hard to enjoy this audio reading because it seems like every time i finally get into it, there is an advertisement every 5 minutes. I listen to this while I am sleeping… I do not want to hear hour long ads in my sleep. This used to be my favorite playlist but now i feel as if i am being forced into purchasing youtube red just so that way I can actually enjoy the video.

Too many ads😮 i’ve never seen so many ads on a video on TH-cam. I’m sure a lot of us watch this and listen to it as we fall asleep. I fall asleep for a few minutes and I have to hit skip ad for four hours😮
It’s TH-cam. Unless we buy the premium version we have to deal with ads unfortunately. I do report the vile ones though as they are highly inappropriate and I hate my children to have to hear them. Lord bless you!

The constant ads while listening are irritating. Some of the ads that play during these Bible videos are for pornographic material which makes it much worse. Children or young people who are coming here to listen to the Bible may be exposed to perverted ads. Don’t know if this channel is chasing TH-cam money? If you the channel can… it should really turn off all ads. All of the worldly ads that constantly play really waters down the great work of giving people the Bible

Okay so if the godly/righteous don't stand in the way of sinners, when people go preaching and teaching the gospel, are they standing in the way of sinners? Or did I mistake the verse?
Perhaps it means don't try stop them physically. If you do a study on dispensation it really helps understanding the bible. Basically we were saved by different means at different times when Jesus was alive on earth the law saved but when he died for us the new way was made. He fulfilled the law and gave new commandments in the garden when Judas ran off. In those the whole law is fulfilled.the devil loves to use bible verses to confuse

In short, it means to not spend time with the ungodly outside of spreading the Gospel/necessary reasons. For a longer explanation, look at the context - "Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful." There is a progression from walking to standing then to sitting. This shows that the more time you spend with those that aren't of the faith - the more you become like them. (This generally happens no matter what - you become more like those you spend time with.) Coming from experience, I am thankfully now a Christian, there was however a time where I went away from the faith. The biggest reason being was I started hanging around witches, they were at first nicer and more accepting than most Christians I knew at the time (later on they turned out to be very manipulative and narcissistic; which I am thankful for - it helped me come back to Christ.) However, the more time I spent around them, the more I fell away from the faith and eventually became a pagan witch for about a year. I am thankful Jesus saved me and pulled me out of witchcraft and paganism. However, I think it would've been better if I had resisted temptation and dove deeper into the Christian faith. So don't hang around those you don't want to be like. God bless you, I hope this helps. Praying for you. (Btw, hanging around witches and those of heathen faiths opens doors for evil spirits. Only be around them to spread the Gospel, or as necessary - like if some of your coworkers or peers at school are. Be kind and loving to them. But stay away from them as much as possible, and pray for them. Set boundaries if you have to - if they get offended then they get offended, as long as your just setting boundaries and not trying to be a jerk then you're completely guiltless. This advice can definitely be for dealing with anyone, not just witches - as I am sure you are aware.)
