Offerman and Mullaly have to be one of the funniest married couples ever.
I don't find either of them funny at all. Their characters are just filler.. I don't remember the other actor's name or the name of the show he used to be on but he is very funny. Seeing him so young .. I didn't realize how old the show is

Shaggy hair & giant 'stache make you look older. Trimmed hair & trimmed facial hair make you look much younger, esp when you have greys when grown in. I easily lose 10 years in age when I shave & cut my hair. Plus, he's lost weight in a healthy way.
I looked it up and this episode aired in 2001-2002. I think they edited it so it would feel more relevant? I wonder what he said originally instead of Instagram.
@karliekechele5196 The first scene was in '01. The second (running between rooms) was during Season 9, which was in 2017 (big time jump due to show cancellation & revival). That's why Instagram was said then.

I actually saw him filming in Glasgow when Parks and Rec came to the UK. Would have loved to have spoken to him but they all seemed too busy.

This episode is from 2017.
Will & Grace Season 9 (where these scenes take place) was 2017-2018, well after P&R aired. That's why Offerman was recognizable to the audience. And why he referenced Instagram, which wasn't a thing until 4 years after Season 8 aired.

This show IS old. It started in like 1998 and ran for 11 seasons, I think. Then they revived it a few years ago.... 2018, I believe. Also, I'm fairly certain the first clip is from the original in around 2003, and the second clip is from the revival. I have no idea when, though. I haven't watched much of the new one. Haven't gotten around to it just yet.
I could be wrong about all of it. I'm not a pro on all things Will & Grace but this is what I thought/remember.

I'd say, my definition of a t.v show/movie being old (which is NOT the same as the definition of a PERSON being old) is: When a show was first aired so long ago that enough time has passed for an entire person (or in fact, MANY people) to be born, reach adulthood, go to college, get just about ANY degree, start their career, and THEN get married, and start a family..... then yeah, that show is old. 😂🤣😂

My brain exploded when I heard Nick Offerman on Will and Grace, because I didn't remember seeing him on Will and Grace, but I didn't watch it religiously so I assumed I just missed it entirely cause I didn't know who he was back then.
Then he said Instagram and my brain exploded again, because I was under the impression it ended when I was still in high school. Turns out it did come back in 2018. I hadn't even heard anything about a Will and Grace revival series, which is crazy cause it was extremely popular during it's original run.
All the dudes who idolized Ron Swanson as a man's man, heads explode.

No, this is old.
I believe, the first clip, with Karen flirting with him, is from their original show. This episode, I believe was around 2003. The second clip, where Will and Grace are both with him, I believe, is from their REVIVAL series that came back in like, 2018!!!!
So I wouldn't say 'still' on the air because they were gone quite a while.... but I believe they are still making episodes again since 2018.... I honestly don't know if they are still putting out new seasons as of 2024. I don't keep up with it as much this time around. I do love the show, though!
I could be wrong about the exact years. I'm just guessing from what I remember. I'm sure a quick Google will tell you the exact years he was on both of these episodes. I'm almost positive however, that the first clip is from at least 20 years ago and the second clip is from the last 6-7 years.
