If what you are saying is correct, how on Earth does a Celtic season ticket holder get to be VAR in a Celtic Rangers match? Why is Willie Collum not overseeing all major matches? Celtic players were refereeing the game. That is what we don't do well, the dark arts of influencing the referee. Diomande was tripped. He held his arm up and that was it.
Morelos’ back post goal at Parkhead, Roofe’s goal at Ibrox, this and the other cup final we lost to a clear offside goal, what more is it going to take before someone actually does something. I’ve always thought refs were just bad, but it’s clear now that if you’re a fan of an old firm club you should not ref an old firm, it’s just clear bias, from what you heard in the audio it was clear that green tinted specs were on and it’s hard to be objective when you’re wearing those specs, there’s plenty I’ve seen and thought should go Rangers way when it’s clearly not warranted and it’s the same for these refs. Beyond a joke and I doubt anything will change.
We have Igamane for 5 years... keep him for at least 3 of those years. Barring injury, his value is only going to increase and it gives us time to groom a replacement. Bonus is, while he's here, clubs will be watching us... which helps us get more for other players (like Jefte, Raskin, etc.)
SFA should provide monetary recompense for these incidents. If it hits their bottom line, they might start paying attention. After all, we're paying for VAR. i.e. here's some money... now kick me in the baws.
We're going on to much about the penalty and ignoring the foul on diomande when kun scored even though rangers got a goal chopped off at ibrox for a foul in midfield on that didn't have anything to do with the goal but there's lead directly to a goal. We got robbed again against celtic because shady officials. The decision always seems to fall in their favour 🤷♂️ need to start making more noise about it
To rattle the sfa / spl rangers must make it clear we as a club are reluctant to participate in any future cup competitions for the forseeable future and then see how quick it takes to sort the debacle on referee officials
