    Am I the only woman doing these workouts? All the women creators seem to think at home workout = cardio or hiit. This is perfect for days that I can't make it to the gym or even take it to the gym, thanks and I hope you do more like this soon! 💪

      Would personally recommend Caroline Girvan with MiDAS. She has great weight lifting programs too, I've tried both of them :D

    Good shit I ain't gonna lie this was a good workout I feel it all 8n my shoulders and arms appreciate you my gym been a few a good month I ain't hit the gym but got dumb bells at the crib some 20s & 30s and feel like I was in the gym

    Hey MiDAS. I just wanted to say I love your workout routines. As a football (soccer) player I have never put much focus on building my chest and arms. However, with your specialized muscle training I hope to correct this very soon. Just one question, can you do a video where the 3 sets follow each other e.g. 3 consecutive sets of Bicep Curls and then moving on to the another set? Otherwise, keep em coming.

    Do you really work out with just a dumbbell only or you hit in the gym also?

      I've definitely trained at a gym before but I haven't been able to get into one for a while now due to the lockdowns. I train with dumbbells a lot even at the gym. Free weights are better for building muscle than machines from my experience. A good mix of barbell and dumbbells is all you need to build serious muscle.

      Any age. These aren't compound training so I wouldn't worry too much about being to young.

    Intermediate 3-4 sets
    Advanced 5 sets
    Hammer Curl x Tricep Kickback 12 to 16 reps each
    Double Front Raise x Rear Delt Fly 6 to 8 reps
    Half x Full Bicep Curl 7 reps each
    Tricep Overhead Extension 8 to 10 reps
    Low To Wide Upright Row 10 to 12 reps
    Reverse Bicep Curl 10 to 12 reps each
    Single Tricep Extension 16 to 20 reps each
    Front Shoulder Press 10 to 12 reps
    3-Second Tempo Negative Double Bicep Curl 6 to 8 reps
    Reverse Shoulder Press 8 to 10 reps

      @@nagaterbang9655 sets are every workout rounds for example you need to pull up a dumbbell up and down 10 times and rest, then you start another round that’s how sets works. if you’re still confused, just ask me what makes it confusing to you

    What do you normally do on a rest day/ cheat meal day between sleep,nutrition,and making sure your staying in a calorie deficit

      I Don t understand the question exactly but on my rest day, I train abs or do some HIIT. Other times, I take it off and rest completely with no physical activities at all but I always keep my protein intake higher than my body weight (1lb to 1g of protein) so I consume at least 180g of protein daily. Most times I exceed it by lots but that's how I make sure everytime 😉

      It depends on the kind of training. For high intensity routines to burn fat, I'll say aim for 30-45 minutes. For Strength and Size training, 1 - 1h30m

    Boss routine. By 27 mins I was wiped barely pulled thru. My movements arent as clean by far but I love the burn and wont stop till I can handle some off those tricep curls with a bit more finesse.
