Teddy bear hot air balloon table centerpiece for baby shower tutorial.

Materials required.
8"x 8" wooden square with hole drilled in the middle to fit dowel you will be using.
3 foot long dowel in width to fit your wooden base
12" teddy bear
12 x 12" latex balloon inflate to 7" to make topiary ball
8x 5" balloons for base inflate bottom row to 4" and second row to 3"
10 X 5" balloons for fillers inflate to approx 2"
couple of 260 or 160 balloons for tying
balloon pump
scissors
