Can't believe this couple didn't win, they made history and certainly deserved to take the win!
What people only care about is the 'advantage' Danny has, as he went on to drama school. But he doesn't. He hasn't danced since leaving drama school. All his accomplishments on Strictly have all been down to Oti. Oti's choreography has constantly been amazing, so don't take it away from her... It's just distespectful to both of them. Without a doubt, Danny and Oti to win ⭐👑

Bib Cay OMG. I thought Oti and Kelvin were awesome I totally forgot how amazing Danny was. I think I have to give him the edge over Kelvin. The choreography was stunning, they had amazing chemistry, in total Danny...A-MA-ZING😁

I couldn't possibly love this team more if I tried. I have watched many seasons of several dance shows, and Danny and Oti have surpassed all my past favourite pairings. What they have created since day one is magic. Oti has been a breath of fresh air, taking chances and pushing the boundaries because she has a student, Danny, ripe with potential and full of confidence in her teaching. Pairings like this don't happen often, and I'm hoping with everything in me that #TeamDoti is the one to lift the Glitterball tomorrow. Thanks for the memories, Danny and Oti. I know I'll be watching these videos for years to come.

Totally agree with everything you have said. They are totally captivating together and I think they inspire each other - he to dance to as high a standard as he can and she to choreograph dances that both he and the audience will enjoy from start to finish. One of the best pairings to happen on Strictly in my opinion. In my eyes they are the true winners, though I enjoyed watching all the dances in this series.

Watching this years Strictly and I am STILL upset that Danny didn't win!!! Done the obligatory binge watch of their routines (Argentine Tango, Jive, Cha Cha, Quickstep etc.) and they really were the best.
p.s Oti is a goddess!
They were gorgeous together, and he really is a natural dancer. Every dance was impressive. He deserved to win, I think.
Please answer me... How is it possible that Danny and Oti didn't win that year?! I don't think I have ever seen a better male dancer in any edition around the world of any year! Of course his samba is unforgettable, but also ALL his other routines are perfect! Why didn't they win? Why?

Absolutely adore Danny & Oti, they have made my Saturdays such a joy to look forward to. Will be sad when it ends, but I hope it ends with them being the deserving winners. I usually only cast one vote, but this will be the first time I intend to cast 15 votes, one for each dance they have blessed us with and one for luck. Good luck both, you've been wonderful

I saw them in the tour final show. Brilliant without a doubt! I also saw Danny performing in On the Town at the Regent's Park Open Air theatre on 1 June. What a treat! He was great and the dancing was out of this world as was his singing. He has a beautiful singing voice. Talk about triple threat - acting, singing and dancing. And he is quite easy on the eye!
7 years later and I am still annoyed that he didn't win that season. He was the one to watch

I believe it's the case that they consistently scored more than Ore and Oti, and yet the latter still won. It really did leave a nasty taste in my mouth.

Strange name - Danny Mac, never heard of him before until I saw him here, I saw him and others as weak as compared to Oti was unstoppable and very strong.
I think looking back at it now, it could either have been Danny and Oti or Ore and Joanne winning Strictly that year. Both couples together and celeb dancers individually were *that good*. Even though Danny & Oti didn’t win, for me they’re up there with Aliona & Jay, Caroline & Pasha, Simon Webbe & Kristina, Mark Ramprakash & Karen Hardy

I like Danny, a lot, but I don't know why, I don't REALLY want anyone to win. I can't explain it. Everyone left has flaws that annoy me.
Ore is soppy and I wish he'd be more strong as that would make his dances more watchable.
Louise has confidence spikes which alas are not her fault, but still.
And Danny, the obvious winner *sigh* (don't make it obvious), just seems slightly fake. Anyway, as I said, don't care who wins.
