Kiango seems to enjoy everyone's company. Kiango is a happy little guy. He spreads his love around. I loved seeing him initiating play with his daddy.🥰🥰🥰🥰
很開心看到Kiango 跟爸爸片刻的互動，Kiango 遺傳到Bao Bao 的基因所以長相體態跟其它的猩寶有些不同，就連Jabali 也是有差異的，但他和Jabali ㄧ樣都很活潑好動，幸好有跟媽媽長的很像的阿姨照顧著，希望能健康快樂成長，今天Bao Bao看起來精神狀態很不錯👍👍👍👍

Oh Lieke this was a wonderful video!!♥️♥️♥️ His Mama raised him to be such a confident little guy in the time she was alive. He is doing well, and I loved watching him play with his Dad. Such a gentle father.

Good thing his father is so patient and tolerant. I suppose he knows that as his son has lost his mom, he needs dad to step up.

Fantastic!! Silverback father is so gentle! How anyone could want to harm one of these magnificent creatures...ahhh, but you have the bloodthirsty animals called "humans" who want to hunt and kill anything that moves. Ugh, don't want to get started with negativity, so what a wonderful and super relaxing video. My day s going to be an awful stressful one at work, so happy to have a few minutes of serenity and peace!

Yes they do. Mostly when they come too close for his food he stands up and tells them off. They eldest one, Mintha is seen a lot around him. She always kind of stays close to him, wherever he goes on the island. Nemsi and BaoBao aren't the best friends yet. But they all look out for little Kiango

BaoBao is very conscious of food and territory, Kiango is the only one who is willing to share food😄🥒

@@MilkyWhite1 He will grow up and have a little brother or sister to play together and fight off the monkeys together! He won't be a little boy forever! Besides Bao Bao is new blood line from the wild, it's good for these zoo born gorilla groups in the future. Thank God Kiango is a boy, he will be the sliver back and lead his own group someday, then Bao Bao's blood line shall be spread more I assume! If Kiango is a female, Bao Bao's blood line is restricted (in the beginning then).
@@kittychuang6289 I'm not sure at what age, but dominant males don't tolerate teenage males very well. One will have to go. And if Baobao mates before Kiango leaves, Kiango will be that young male....

I finally saw the gorillas at the Toronto zoo. I’m must have spent 2-3 hours watching them. I couldn’t get over how huge the silver back is. The female gorillas are friendly and will come up to the window and sit by you.

Amazing video and very heart warming. Little Kiango is so adorable. His Dad seems gentle and very patient and loving. The things that we humans can learn from gorillas.
Now that Gyasi has passed, are the zoo keepers giving Kiango any bottles of milk, as he would still be nursing from his mother from time to time?

Kiango looks just like daddy BaoBao, I miss his mischievous mother Gyasi. You can still see Gyasi in her daughter and grandson Tayari and Jabali.

Now it's just BaoBao, Mintha, Mandji, Nemsi and Kiango. Kiango is the only offspring of BaoBao. He doesn't really seem to get how the mating proces works. And the teenagers are on another island. Due to BB his heart condition they seperated them because BB got too much stressed out by the teenagers. For now we're just lucky Kiango has the smaller monkeys to play with. And who knows maybe in the future a brother or sister would be nice.

Sadly no. Gorilla's do not make many (or loud) sounds. And because it is in a zoo. You'll hear people talking, kids screaming etc. th-cam.com/video/escuSDHtOFw/w-d-xo.html this is an example.

BaoBao來自台灣，因為參與國際大猩猩保育計畫，在台灣結束33年單身生活，移居荷蘭建立家庭生了寶貝兒子Kiango，Kiango活潑頑皮有個性，,都很可愛😄(Kiango的媽媽是Jabali 的祖母，有血緣關係是親叔姪）
寶寶是台灣的孩子，他的兒子小K也是台灣很可愛的寶貝，絕對不比小J 和小R不可愛喔！
Kiango 有爸爸Bao Bao 及媽媽Gyasi 的優良基因，長相跟其它的猩猩有點不樣，獨立又聰明的小帥哥，他是如此的珍貴，我非常喜歡他，有去荷蘭我ㄧ定會去看望他們父子🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Yes he has a heart condition and a abdominal problem. They work around the clock to make him gain weight and trying all kinds of things so his health and weight will get better. It is an older silverback with some serious health issues. Luckily he has the best team of healthcare workers.
