Does he ever talk about Matthew 1 and the problems with the genealogy and Jeconiah?

I am not sure what problem you are referring to with relation to Jeconiah?

perhaps the bloodline verses the regal lineage may be the answer to your question. It is understood by some Matthew traces the regal lineage from David's son Solomon to Jesus. Luke traces the bloodline from David's son Nathan to Jesus through Mary. the regal title comes through Joseph but the bloodline to David only comes through Mary. the curse on Jeconiah was that his bloodline would not inherit the throne.

there are various views of when the Roman Catholic Church began. They claim at Pentecost and the eventual installment of Peter as bishop of Rome. The only problem is there is no evidence that Peter was ever installed as the Bishop of Rome. Luther and Melanchthon said that the Roman Catholic Church began around 600 with Pope Gregory the Great. This was much later than the Biblical Canon was chosen. I noticed you did not add Roman to Catholic but when you Capitalize catholic which means universal it becomes more specific through the capitalization. I disagree for that reason.
The Bible was largely a Hebrew Book of scrolls before the Codex form came in the 2nd to 3rd centuries and then canonization in the 4th century, 350 AD, under Bishop Cyril bishop of Jerusalem. Note is was not Bishop of Rome. It was also in the 4th century that the schism between the Eastern and Western churches began over the claim by Rome for Papal supremacy. Jerusalem was with the Eastern Churches. So No the Bible is not a Catholic book.
      peace

@@Church888 the evidence does not support the Roman Catholic claim "Jesus made the Catholic Church." This is why the Eastern church separated from them. They made false claims of superiority. Just because you make the claim does not make it so.

@@Church888 "everything Christian you know is Catholic" Try telling that to the Eastern church.
