Open wide in a straddle while your standing in the x so that the poles lift to your lower back. Use your hips to invert while you push away form the poles to go backwards. :) Before all of that, get your hand position right. It's comfortable to do so during the x back standing.
I'm a quite large guy with very big shoulders and I struggle a lot to fit through the cross back when I am right at the top. Which method do you think allows the most space to pass through the cross back and still maintain the most height?
I'm told it's a three parter - crunch with your core (pulling legs towards you shoulders), pull with your arms, then push your arms straight away from you while crunched. That being said, I haven't been successful.

I can do a normal invert without any problem but with the X behind me, impossible haha
What about a video about tips on auditions? What to do how to do it how to prepare.. everything?

One way I love to come down from those is when your in the straddle knee hook climb above have fabric behide you and salto down
