My niece joined the navy but failed physical fitness also so went walking, changed to healthy eating and joined a gym. She retried following year and passed. That was 10 years ago. Went on alot of peace keeping missions around the world. Met her husband, had 2 children and works partime still with the navy on base. If the army is your future Rona only you can make it happen. ❤

I served Air Force 7 years active.. & in basic training we had 2 trainees fail their PT test & 1 in sister flight as well.

I'm sorry, but if you are trying to join basic training, you really have to watch what you eat and discipline yourself. Sometimes, it can be hard, but you have to focus Rona.
