Got it. 1. Once you open the case it will connect automatically. 2. The battery percentage shows in two places. One on the case itself. And two on the Bluetooth devices connected status ( on android). On apple I haven't seen the battery status being displayed

Hello, you will to pull the ear tips a little hard then you would on any usual earphones. It feels odd, but eventually it would snap out. To place new ear tips, you can align the new ear tips and press it gently and it would snap it place. Hope this helps.
