great recap synix! i love your music a_hisa, i hope that things get better in general over time with peoples attitude and respect. this could easily be something that more musicians decide to do. we do use a ton of music in osu as a community without permission from the artists. it's been this way for decades. things are likely to continue to go on business as usual, but we should absolutely never send death threats to the musicians that we love, or to anyone ever.

There was a lot more to this than I thought, I thought hisa striked people without anyone knowing to not use him music but since he told people to not to use it I see it being completely fair to strike, I wouldn’t have went as far as terminating the channel but I think it’s totally fair that he did because they didn’t stop using his music even when he told them to

Regarding the account deletion: wasn't this a luxury only given to EU member states? That's how some polish players had their accs deleted.

If a EU user asks for his data to be deleted, the osu! company has the obligation to do so. Unless there is a similar law in SK, the osu! team can choose between ignoring Jakads' request or delete his data as requested. (I believe that's more or less how it works)
