i've been using this for about 2 months, the problem i've had is when i'm into zoom meeting, the sound from the others is very low, no matter how high the volume bar

I have the NB2 Pro and one thing I've not seen in any of these videos before buying is the shitty app.
1. sometimes won't recognise your buds
2. every time you have to look for your model, it won't remember it
3. it will forget the modes you select every time
4. Noise reduction & spatial audio don't have on/off indicator, it's just a button sonyou have to press twice sometimes to find out if it's on or off.
App is hoooorrible.
Spatial mode is god though but what's the point if it forgets every time.
Correction: I meant to say noise reduction & ambient sound mode don't have on/off indicator and are weird af.

And good luck talking to these chinese dudes about fixing some of that. Especially the app forgetting the modes is really a f'ing shame cause they're so nice.
Very odd, wasn't my experience of the earbuds on video.
LDAC? Unfortunately nothing is better than wired connection.
