To be honest, we prefer Summer House on the Lake in Disney Springs. Gideon's is all about the hype and theming. We have been to both Gideon's locations here in Orlando. The cookies are good, like cool flavor combos, but Summer House is our new favorite since it opened! Also, you'll rarely have to wait in line.
