I don't think I will ever forget playing zs and seeing an army of misery items. It was jarring to say the least, especially as a zombie. The only thing that comes close was the 0 cooldown tree.
I dont get cheating in item asylum is like so easy to play is just chaotic, i do love how still to this day Roblox is just "Oh cheaters, abusers and gambling? That sounds like a personal problem kid... now let me count money."
I remember like 3 years ago I were playing item asylum and I encountered a hacker that was using weird cheats. His limbs were stretching around and he was anchoring to dudes, but even with those, he wasnt issue of any kind
This hacker was the most problematic hacker, he started to carry ppl in pruns and abuse his hacks, everytime he got banned he came back and when he helped people, instead of helping them he made them get banned because they got carried.

That hacker is a well known, and hated. Its name is "ilovebacons" he now hangs out on the forum wall's vip servers. We TRIED reporting and banning him, but he has thousands of alts

I think it was based off of a patched glitch where misery had no cooldown and the devs acknowledged that

Hacking in an item asylum server is a bad idea, not cuz you will get banned, but cuz the players will destroy you
