I think it was a dope interview..i’ve been apart of that world so i get what Omeretta was saying ..it’s a podcast so debating is dope and Jazz was very much understanding and never gave bully and true just made it juicy lol GOOD EPISODE 🫶🏾

Please wake up Omeretta! You are too beautiful to put your life on hold. The fact that he stood on ten toes to say he wasn’t chasing you says a lot. Just ask yourself this, would he do the same for you if you had 10+ years, even 6? Even though you feel like it’s nothing out here, don’t commit yourself to that. And if he really love you, that’s fucked up that he letting you do that. You can still be there for him 100% and make sure he good but be committed to him for 10+ years ?! He know that ain’t right. But hey if you happy, that’s all that matters.

Her life isn’t on hold. She clearly stated that if she wants to go out and have a good time she can call her friends up and go out. Tru is a vibe and everyone needs a honest friend like Tru. Sis really wasn't shading her, just trying to explain how others may feel it's delusional because they're not in that situation to understand her perspective. I'm sure she felt attacked because everyone has opinion on her situation and it's probably never positive. Jazz was definitely trying to make her feel comfortable and let her know bump what people say. Tru likes to ask a lot of questions to fully understand your mindset no matter the topic.

Hear me out real quick…. This is kind of what I’m picking up from omeretta. Maybe she’s had many past traumas with guys in her past so it’s easy for her to choose the one that in her eyes can’t hurt her because 1. She knows where he is every night 2. He can’t “cheat” on her in jail 3. She controls the narrative so she won’t get hurt. This conversation she needs to have with a licensed therapist that can professionally give her a different perspective. because calling delusional isn’t going open her eyes. She’s not delusional I think she’s been hurt many times before so to her this is a rather easy type of “Love” for her. Situations like this are deeper than just labeling someone because we can’t comprehend Their mental state.

I think what he was trying to say was it’s delusional to think you’re gonna feel and think the same way you do now in 27 years. Our mindsets grow and evolve. And it’s only a small chance he’ll get out sooner and she’s hanging on to that thought. She feels she’s not delusional because he might not serve the full 20+ years and her love strong enough to wait possibly 8 more years. Which is also, again, delusional to some but reality to others. So I see both sides. Great episode!

I feel like he was literally asking her questions he would ask his own friend, or loved one so that he understands where their mind is. He was genuinely curious, and concerned as far as her throwing away so much of her life for this person. I also feel as though she only felt attacked, and was calling it shade bc she knows it is in fact delusion. It seems like she hasn’t even considered the things he was mentioning.
One more thing, that man would NOT wait, almost 3 decades, for her if she was the one locked up.

Omeretta don’t let that man take your youth, you can’t get that back. You young live your life because it’s another world in jail. I dated someone who did 12 year’s and I talked to him the entire time and when he got out he was the same 19 year old boy at 31 years old. He had so much trauma, rape stories, stabbing in his face, it’s not worth it. I still have love for him but I don’t want to be around him. They definitely relay on you for everything too, which is expected. It was a great interview but it should be a one on one conversation, it’s more personal and comfortable that way.

The crazy part about is Jas is sitting there saying she felt with someone who had six years and people thought she was delusional all while she was “still doing her” so to a certain extent Jas gets exactly where Retta coming from she just couldn’t stay down in her experience.
