I’m currently looking at some keto recipes. I started on Febuary 18 and have lost about 25 pounds. Though, I did cut some corners and couldn’t help myself to carbs every once in a while I probably would’ve lost more.

I eat dessert every day. I drink sweet tea 3 times a day.
I did the "tiktok pasta" (the one with feta cheese and tomatoes in the oven) just yesterday, but I swapped the pasta for broccoli and added some chicken to that. So delicious and highly recommend!

Just take an oven dish, put a block of Feta in there (200-300g), slice some tomatoes (smaller ones), if you like it chop an onion finely (we like it, the original recipe is without onion!) and put it in there too. Sprinkle some olive oil, season it with Italian herbs, salt and pepper. Bake it at 180°C for around 25 min. Cook pasta. Take it out of the oven and smash it with a fork. Put pasta water (only a bit) and pasta in there as well :)

I on the other hand, well we have 3 kids and 110lbs is the biggest I've gotten. So now it's my time to support him! With keto he's down to 260! But I've run out of yummy keto ideas. Looks SOOO GOOD! Absolutely only thing I would change is, after cutting up chicken, throw in that bowl. In a cup, mix 3-4 T cornstarch and about 5 T of soy sauce, water, or whatever else you want. Mix the cornstarch and liquid till you have a slurry, pour on chicken, make sure it’s all coated. Marinade for 30 min to several hours, then continue recipe. Makes the chicken ultra tender!

I made this dish for my family and they loved it! The only change I made was using sun-dried tomatoes in oil instead of the cherry tomatoes and adding more broccoli! 😊 🍅

As a mother of an 11 year old type 1 diabetic I really appreciate good keto recipes. Carbs are the villain for diabetics....NOT SUGAR!!! So many people are so uneducated on this. The amount of insulin a diabetic gets at meals depends on how many carbs they consume not sugar. Sure if they are putting sugar into something you count how many carbs are in the sugar just like every other ingredient. Anyways, I know my daughter (and the rest of us) will really enjoy this meal. I just don't 100% trust supermarket bacon, some has weird ingredients and many contain a bit of sugar but if you find good one it seems fine to me.

I'm with you on that I wash all my meat before cooking it. It was something I seen my grandmother do when she'd cook pork chops, chicken, fish and turkey.
Bacon wrapped anything with cheese is healthy. I do keto, and high fat has helped me to lose weight and get my blood sugar under control. I feel great! So add butter, add fat, eat the meat, eat the eggs, eat the cheese, add in some good, low-carb veggies. Be happy and healthy!
I'm a diabetic and I want to lower by blood glucose with diet so I can get off meds. Also, I really need to lose a lot of extra weight. My choice, after doing research on the web, is Keto, as it has shown positive results in both areas. This dish looks absolutely delicious, and extremely healthy. I'm not the biggest fan of tomatoes, but, I actually love them in a sundried form, so I might switch out the fresh grape tomatoes for the sun dried version. But absolutely going to try this.

I did hot cereal in the winter which was 4 kinds of meal/flour and coconut milk or macadamian nut milk when i could get it, and used heavy cream to hit my fats so i could more broadly enjoy my veggies. My favorite dish, tofu bacon stir fry

@@TipeONegatyve Many people eat carnivore and they seem healthy, some even claim it might be better than keto with vegetables, so I also don't see anything wrong with that dish.
I just don't 100% trust supermarket bacon, some has weird ingredients and many contain a bit of sugar but if you find good one it seems fine to me.

@@YeshuaKingMessiah Dirty keto is eating high saturated fat and processed food like bacon instead of eating healthy fats like avocado. It has nothing to do with carb intake. Once you hit a certain amount of carbs you are no longer in ketosis so that would mean you are no longer eating keto at all.

Throw in some spring onions, chilli flakes, I diced green chilli and a splash of soya sauce too and it taste so yum !

Bacon wrapped anything with cheese is healthy. I do keto, and high fat has helped me to lose weight and get my blood sugar under control. I feel great! So add butter, add fat, eat the meat, eat the eggs, eat the cheese, add in some good, low-carb veggies. Be happy and healthy!
I'm a diabetic and I want to lower by blood glucose with diet so I can get off meds. Also, I really need to lose a lot of extra weight. My choice, after doing research on the web, is Keto, as it has shown positive results in both areas. This dish looks absolutely delicious, and extremely healthy. I'm not the biggest fan of tomatoes, but, I actually love them in a sundried form, so I might switch out the fresh grape tomatoes for the sun dried version. But absolutely going to try this.
