Long bean palya/ dry curry is a healthy and tasty dish we'll suitable for rice. Here we prepare it by using farm grown and freshly harvested long beans. We add a special masala of grated coconut, jeera, mustard and green chillies. Instead of green chillies we can also use dry red chillies.
Ingredients- long beans, salt, jaggery, grated coconut, jeera seeds, mustard seeds, green or red chillies, curry leaves, coconut oil, turmeric powder & red chilly powders optional
