- Here is more of a TED Talk about upgrading Relic Fragments and what I have learned through trial and error. There is little to no accurate/set in stone information regarding these, so hopefully what I have figured out so far helps. Let me know if there is something I missed or if there is something you disagree with. As stated in the video, i'll make a follow up if there is enough info to do so.

The Explorer archetype raises the chance of getting better quality relic fragments from all sources. So once it’s unlocked you can roll an adventure in apocalypse mode and buy them from the vender at flawless and mythic level.
do u need explorer at level 10?

No, it’s the prime perk that allows for more, higher quality drops
But the higher your level the better that chance gets
There's an exception to this in the form of the Nightweaver's Web in the Tormented Asylum. Unless you feed it one of the items that give specific rewards, it will otherwise give you a random Relic but at the highest rarity in regards to the difficulty you're playing at when you feed the items. I got my first couple Mythic Relics from it and I'm pretty sure it just jumped straight to Mythic for the one's I got. IIRC, I was on Nightmare difficulty for this.
Your chances of getting mythic is also higher the more archetypes you have at 10. SO Level all t0 to, run Explorer, and farm the red throne area over and over in Apocalypse. (3-4 chests depending if you have the necklace that opens the floor to the scattergun.)

@@xd_i_n_o254 Sorry, you are right, seal of the empress ( ring ), opens the floor Its the blood moon rooms and the ravager doe statues that get opened by necklaces.
I found that going to Apocalypse, then having the Explorer class set at primary then turning in your relic dust and you get majority mythic
does explorer has to be at lvl 10?
Nope, grabbed some mythic at lvl 6 archetype
You have to level up all the archetypes to 10, then go into apocalypse vendor to get mythic. There’s an overall archetype number in advanced stats that should be 100 when all archetypes are leveled up. Then go into an Apocalypse level vendor to level up to Mythic. That’s the way.
Yeah but like I said and showed in the video... I am getting mythics and I'm only archetype 79
its lower than 100 i was getting em from the store around 60 something
I thought it was archetype level 80-110 then mythics can be got.

i dnt know exactly but wen i seen the vid on just starting an apoc and hitting ol dwell up i was about 60 sumthing as wen i found out about the level thing and looked i was only 74
Yeah, I figured out that if you put your adventure mode on apocalypse, go to the Yasha Store Vander and Ward That’s how I farm for mythic I told another TH-camr a few weeks back 😅
I definitely knew that higher difficulty makes higher level relic frags drop but that bit about the trader able to also increase is nice to know.
Appreciate your personal research on this topic and I had heard about the same in regards to going directly to Apocalypse level to Craft. Better items.🎉

got 4.5 K relics and I just put adventure mode on nightmare went to talk to the vendor spend around 3 K relics and boom I got al red blue and yellow pieces on mythic level.
Sly just just reroll ur adventure mode to apocalypse travel one time to make sure this glitchy game records that ur in apocalypse and spend ur relic dust there with the vendor it will continue to upgrade u all the way to mythic im gonna make a video on it soon happy hunting 10:23
Just reroll yaesha on apocalypse at the red throne biome and open the chest that needs empress seal and the chest behind hidden wall

So to wrap this up a little bit; 3 conditions determine the quality/lvl of relic fragments u will get
-Power Level
-Archetype Lvl. (total)
-current difficulty
*from a total of Archetype-lvl 75 + Power-lvl 20 + appocalypse difficulty = chance to get MYTHIC Relic fragments

Ok I'm power level 20, total archetype level 80. In adventure apocalypse and stopped getting mythic upgrades. I must have tried 15 times and only get refunded 5 dust... So I need to level remaining archetypes,?
@@Lichsnitch when all archetypes are maxed it should raise the chances, unfortunatelly idk the 'exact' algorythm thats why i cannot guarantee it. One thing to mention is that it (dwell -.-) can take a ridiculous amount of relic dust
Im not sure but it felt 'easier' prepatch dunno if they tweaked the dropchances on dwell (mb cuz of severed hand bug) to push players to 'actual' play

@@hunsley8122 i wuld kinda say trait cap remove wuld provide a better adventure map experience even if it is just support/defensive trait that are kinda nullified in boss battle if people gona farm relic

Just moved into nightmare and boy oh boy are enemies damage sponges .. l am enjoying the boost of difficultly because making gameplay fresh and have to think about how I play..
best way to lvl them is roll yaesha on apoc an have explorer on an then start red thrown get the chest in the left get the chest at the right an get the chest behind the wall straight ahead. i got every one to mythic in about 2 hours maybe less an now i also have over 1000 relic dust. they can def go from cracked to mythic.
best way to lvl classes is get to the hatchery in ne'rud an put on the fart amulet an just run from one crystal to the other swapping weapons an u lvl fast i got every class done in couple hours doing it on veteran.

Around 6-8 archetypes al lvl 10, mythics will have a chance to drop. Maxing every archetype and trying your luck at the vendor in apocalypse difficulty is the most cost efficient way. All it takes is between 1,5-3k dust to get all of them to max lvl. I got that dust amount just by playing normally, no need to farm.
You do not have to have them all maxed or even most of maxed out to obtain Mythic. But to guarantee Mythic from dwell on apocalypse setting you do have to have all current archetypes max level. While using the Explorer as one of your archetypes.
Goal 1
Get total archetype level to 80+
Goal 2
Roll apoc and just dump ALLLLLL the relic fragments you've saved
i swapped to apoc with 7 arhictypes, 6 maxed 1 at 0 and got from solid to flawless with her
Equip the Explorer archetype and make sure all of your current archetypes are fully leveled. Load up apocalypse Adventure and you're either going to get a Mythic or 5 if your current available archetypes are not fully leveled you will get a mixture of Mythic and flaws. If you have all of the archetypes opened including archon and have them fully leveled. You can just Farm the chests in a nightmare Adventure to get all of your mythics while having Explorer set as one of your archetypes. Class dismissed😊
The only thing I've seen to be correct is the higher the difficulty the better the frags you get. Everything else seems to have to no affect on the chances of getting maxed frags. For the most part seems to be random. Seems to Me that the vendor to buy upgrades tries to give you an upgrade for a Fragment you might already have which might be why it gives the 5 refund so often. I can never find anything solid on Fragments and how to get them at higher levels. So im just going off what i find online or during my playthrough
well you dont really need them unless your doing an apocalypse difficulty once you get there you should at lest have lvl all classes nearly and have alot of relic dust and its a game changer i got my range damage 105% cos of the mythical
Yeah the wiki has none of this I've been trying to figure out thresh hold for myself since leveling on hardcore is slow if your playing safe, So I don't want to waste time leveling to much.
What I did was put my world to apocalypse difficulty then spam and all my fragments are mythic now
Level all your archetypes to level 10 for the highest chance
Then switch to Apocalypse
Go crazy with your relic dust at the Yeashs vendor in Ward13
No need to level up no characters....just play on apocalypse and go to red thorn...and farm the 4 chests...you get mystic just doing that...
Red throne you mean? How do you farm the chests there? Just curious as I'm trying to cheese some upgrades
Run through grab all the chests (on apoc) die, go back to ward, reroll for red throne again, and grab chests.
Treasure hunter level up give you a better chance at getting mythic as well

Go reroll until red throne on apocalypse level adventure mode
There are 4 chests in total per roll
One chest at the end of the right passage.
Two on the left, one is on second floor, another one you need a ring - Seal of the empress to open a secret basement to get it
Last one , just go straight to the throne room, right before the door , go through a secret wall on the right hand side just before the door
If you don’t have the ring, you get three easy chests
Only 1 of my character has all mythic the others cant get passed flawless
Is based on the level of your classes and difficultie
I'm max level with 7 level 20 guns. Beat the game on Apoc. Still no mythics....
You get mythic on apoc when your archetype level is close to 80 not your guns. Guns have absolutely nothing to do with relic fragments.

Just level up your archetype to max 110 go to apocalypse adventure mode and spam mythic fragments
True as I did it my self so far I got only 4 classes maxed rest are zero

You could just go on adventure mode and pick apocalypses and upgrade instead of grinding like crazy
This is what I'm thinking. Farm as much relic dust as possible. Go into adventure mode (apoc level) go to Ward 13 and spend your relic dust on the upgrades to Mythic.
This after unlocking all archetypes. Is that how it would work?

I got level 80 and only play on apocalypse and haven't gotten one mythic yet. Strange.
So what determines the level you get. Is it character level or the level you play at?
Mythic comes when your general level archetype is between 70 to 80 (you do not need to level all of them to 10 as long as your level is between those numbers) once you achieve that, you have to play in apocalypse in order to get mythic. Save your relic dust for that since you can buy mythics from the guy at the base 13.

You are wrong. You can go straight from cracked to Mythic. Or cracks to Flawless or cracked to any of the others. You just have to have the drop chance to be able to obtain them. You have to have so many levels obtained they do not have to be on the same archetype you don't even have to have a Max archetype just an accumulated amount of levels on the archetypes you have open to make mythics available. Each level you gain four archetypes after that increases the chance of Mythic. Do you understand how it works now. Using the Explorer archetype increases it even further to wear on apocalypse if you have all archetypes and all archetypes fully leveled Mythic is the only thing you will get or 5 dust back.
