- Snakehead Murrel Fish called in Bengali "Shol Mach" & Shol mach curry or vuna is the very popular and tasty village food of Bangladesh.
Snakehead murrel fish is the very expensive fish in Bangladesh. We bought 800 Gram to KG + size 2 KG fish and per KG price was 480 BDT ( About 6 USD).
About 15+ women works together to prepared the food for village children & villagers.
First women cut all fish into small small pieces. And fish cutting video was also very interesting. For slicing Snakehead Murrel fish or any others fish village peoples used Ash to catch the fish properly.
Ten they clean the fish using hand and salt as well. And also cutting potato and added with the fish curry to make it more tasty.
Then they mixed the fish with some salt & turmeric powder. Then they fry all the fish in hot oil.
Then they mixed up all spice mashala and cooked fish vuna. All the ingredient added as subtitle with the video.
After finish cooking the women serve the fish curry with rice to whole village peoples & kids and middle of eating food heavy storm were come and most of the village peoples take the food to their home.
