I haven't seen any baby crows this year... heard them, but haven't seen them. And I never catch a crow preening another crow, for some reason. Is that ball treat dispenser for the crows?
@@thesuburbanmorrigan yah it is. If you check out the more popular videos on my feed there are several of me giving them puzzles. The roller feeder is our collective favorite
@@Crows_are_skycats I tried a rolly feeder on the deck once, but it didn't really catch on. And crows are stealing the shelves for the main puzzle toy I set out for them. I think I need a new idea. Thanks!
There are no black crows or ravens in my area, only gray crows. They're gorgeous, smart, and I love feeding them. Thank you for sharing these beautiful moments!
I'm like 3-4 weeks into making friends with a crow. interesting process. the fact that crows recognize individuals....like me and my dog. Lotta fun. Thanks for showing me glimpses what's possible.
@@Crows_are_skycats Great. I've been learning where and when Taco the Crow is going to be. Established a peanut station that I can observe from my balcony. This morning Taco brought a buddy along. Haha. Witnessed a couple funerals or mobbing actions over the same location on different days. Hope to have Taco on my balcony at some point.
@@Crows_are_skycats That's canada :( I just grazed the surface when I did an "odd laws" video a few months ago. 2020 unleashed a whole new level of dick tater ship. Even a hummingbird feeder in summer or a bird feeder in winter (and it gets into the -50s here, in Fahrenheit) is illegal. That's local or civic. Federal laws here about wildlife are messed up too. I did a Canada goose video about that. Federal law prohibited even registered wildlife rescue groups from saving goslings from being road kill. Totally preventable tragedy and suffering. I watch channels like yours to remind me what normal is, and to enjoy wildlife without government interference. Thank you for sharing your videos. Live free!
"God, what have we done!"
Yah every year around this time I remember why I chose not to have children 😅
Kids, whatcha gonna do!
Tweet tweet tweet yeah I know. I hear it all day.
