Technically, Pennsylvania does NOT have early voting. In Pennsylvania we have no-excuse mail-in ballots alongside absentee voting. Tire chains are used everywhere there is snow, you don't drive down the highway with them, just use them to get out of iced in spots and off road.

What did Trump do the last six months of his presidency? Nothing!
Historically, Democrats vote absentee more than Republicans. So around March 2020, Trump began telling his followers the election would be rigged through the use of mail ballots. He stressed to them they needed to vote in person. At the same time, he mismanaged the pandemic to lead greater numbers of democrats to vote by mail. Election night, Trump falsely declared he won and his victory stolen. In the next breath, Trump demanded they stop counting millions of ballots because they were going to the Supreme Court (to have them thrown out).
Bannon was recorded in private BEFORE the election saying Democrats traditionally vote more by mail and this put them "at a natural disadvantage." That's only true if you move to toss those votes out. Bannon also said in the recording that Trump would falsely declare victory. AXIOS also reported this BEFORE the election saying the plan was to point to changing vote tallies* as mail ballots were counted as evidence of fraud.
