Children are not only curious. They are aggressive and rude. But the worst thing is to observe that those responsible for them do not reprimand them, as would be the right thing to do. Instead, they laugh when the little ones kick the suitcase, knock over the book, assault the character.
I am from the era when young people had respect for their elders and the works of others. I don't like the way the world is going.

What in the F is people's problem, pulling, kicking and trying to damage what they think is a statue? If I had done that when I was a kid, I'd have gotten in a lot of trouble.
1: uncanny valley fueled curiosity.
2: statues are made of strong stuff. Touching it with your foot isn't vandalism.
I mean statues are pretty strong you can't damage them by kicking or pulling
Bruh, it looks like a metal statue, you could break a metal bat on one of those things and not leave a dent… as a kid and still as an adult anytime I see one these things I give it little slap on the top of the head for good measure

In United Kingdom-London you see teenagers or kid destroy the bus stop shelters, throwing rubbish around, being bully or abuse other kids. Charity begins at home. If the parents themselves are manner less who will teach the children growing up to an adult.

I am utterly disgusted at how uneducated, rude and uncouth the world has become. And worst of all are the kids whose parents think it's OK to kick, touch or mess around with things they see without asking for permission.
You use the term "has become", well I don't know where you live unless in the middle of nowhere the world has alway's been this way. We just see it now as it has been due to technology. Nothing truly new about bad parenting.
