I think yes. If the FIR and the material collected with it does not really make out any prima facie case with which the accused is charge it then this may be possible to be done. But in this case you will have to pray for not just quashing of the FIR but also quashing of the pending criminal court case. Better consult your advocates.

पेज बदली वगैरा करने की बजाय आप एक एप्लीकेशन फॉर अमेंडमेंट कीजिएगा। उस एप्लीकेशन फॉर अमेंडमेंट में यह लिखिएगा की जो भी गलती हुई है वह अनजाने में हुई है तारीख लिखने में, और इसीलिए वह गलत लिखी हुई तारीख को करेक्ट करने की परमिशन आपको दी जाए। इस तरह की अमेंडमेंट एप्लीकेशन बनाकर रिकॉर्ड पर फाइल कर दीजिए। जब अगली तारीख होगी उसे तारीख को कोर्ट के ध्यान में वह एप्लीकेशन ला दीजिए और रिक्वेस्ट करिए की आपको कलेक्शन करने की परमिशन दी जाए। जब कोर्ट तारीख करेक्ट करने की परमिशन देंगे तब आप उसमें कलेक्शन कर सकते हैं। ऑल द बेस्ट।
महोदय जी नमस्कार, मैं आपके विडियो देखता हूं बहुत ही , गहराई से समझाया जाता है मैं आपसे कुछ जानकारी चाहता हूं कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें यह कि मामला सर्विस मेंटर का है, मामला सन् २००२ से High Court जबलपुर में चल रहा है जिसमें मानवीय उच्च न्यायालय ने आवेदक की याचिका सन् २००८ में स्वीकार कर विभाग को छ महीने के भीतर आवेदक को सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करके उचित कार्रवाई का आदेश देते हुए याचिका का निराकरण कर दिया था। मगर विभाग ने उस आदेश का ग़लत व्याख्या करते हुए अनुसानात्मक कार्रवाई की , इसके खिलाफ फिर से हाई कोर्ट में नया पिटिशन फाइल की, जिसमें २०१० में दूसरा फैसला आया यह भी मेरे पक्ष में था इसमें कोर्ट ने विभाग को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि याचिकाकर्ता को संपूर्ण लाभ प्रदान करें । इस फैसले को विभाग ने Division Bench में Writ अपील के द्वारा चेलेंज कर दिया है,मगर सुनवाई में उपस्थित ना होने के कारण Principal bench ने २०१२ में खारिज कर दिया ,जिसे MCC के द्वारा बहाल करवाने के बाद आज तक विभाग के वकील सुनवाई में नहीं पहुंचता है , अंतिम बार २०१७में सुनवाई हेतू केस मगर दोनों पक्ष के वकील नहीं पहुंचे तब से केस H.C.में final hering के लिए pending है अत क्या मैं सीधे माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधिपति को निराकरण के लिए आवेदन भेज सकता हूं। कृपया मार्गदर्शन करें आसान्वित जी पी रा केस धारा २२६/२२७ के तहत फाइल किया गया था ।

You have already file the letters patent appeal. Not issuing notices to appear and defend the case is gross violation of principles of natural justice as well as rules of procedure. Your lawyer must have taken this ground in the letters patent appeal. Hopefully he would be pressing that ground also. So what else to suggest? This is the suggestion. All the best.

Sir ji some applicants filed a OA in CAT to remove irregularities in selection/merit list as per LDCE. Now they came to know that their OA may be dismissed and in between the department has issued many promotion order illegally ( without following due process) and some of them submitted a representation to the department to consider them by DPC. But the department has rejected the request on separate issue. So please clarify whether they have to withdraw from old OA on different issues or they can file fresh OA on different issues. I think yes. If the FIR and the material collected with it does not really make out any prima facie case with which the accused is charge it then this may be possible to be done. But in this case you will have to pray for not just quashing of the FIR but also quashing of the pending criminal court case. Better consult your advocates.

पेज बदली वगैरा करने की बजाय आप एक एप्लीकेशन फॉर अमेंडमेंट कीजिएगा। उस एप्लीकेशन फॉर अमेंडमेंट में यह लिखिएगा की जो भी गलती हुई है वह अनजाने में हुई है तारीख लिखने में, और इसीलिए वह गलत लिखी हुई तारीख को करेक्ट करने की परमिशन आपको दी जाए। इस तरह की अमेंडमेंट एप्लीकेशन बनाकर रिकॉर्ड पर फाइल कर दीजिए। जब अगली तारीख होगी उसे तारीख को कोर्ट के ध्यान में वह एप्लीकेशन ला दीजिए और रिक्वेस्ट करिए की आपको कलेक्शन करने की परमिशन दी जाए। जब कोर्ट तारीख करेक्ट करने की परमिशन देंगे तब आप उसमें कलेक्शन कर सकते हैं। ऑल द बेस्ट।

यह कि मामला सर्विस मेंटर का है, मामला सन् २००२ से High Court जबलपुर में चल रहा है जिसमें मानवीय उच्च न्यायालय ने आवेदक की याचिका सन् २००८ में स्वीकार कर विभाग को छ महीने के भीतर आवेदक को सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करके
उचित कार्रवाई का आदेश देते हुए याचिका का निराकरण कर दिया था।
मगर विभाग ने उस आदेश का ग़लत व्याख्या करते हुए अनुसानात्मक कार्रवाई की , इसके खिलाफ फिर से हाई कोर्ट में नया पिटिशन फाइल की, जिसमें २०१० में दूसरा फैसला आया यह भी मेरे पक्ष में था इसमें कोर्ट ने विभाग को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि याचिकाकर्ता को संपूर्ण लाभ प्रदान करें ।
इस फैसले को विभाग ने Division Bench में Writ अपील के द्वारा चेलेंज कर दिया है,मगर सुनवाई में उपस्थित ना होने के कारण Principal bench ने २०१२ में खारिज कर दिया ,जिसे MCC के द्वारा बहाल करवाने के बाद आज तक विभाग के वकील सुनवाई में नहीं पहुंचता है , अंतिम बार २०१७में सुनवाई हेतू केस मगर दोनों पक्ष के वकील नहीं पहुंचे तब से केस H.C.में final hering के लिए pending है अत क्या मैं सीधे माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधिपति को निराकरण के लिए आवेदन भेज सकता हूं।

You have already file the letters patent appeal. Not issuing notices to appear and defend the case is gross violation of principles of natural justice as well as rules of procedure. Your lawyer must have taken this ground in the letters patent appeal. Hopefully he would be pressing that ground also. So what else to suggest? This is the suggestion. All the best.
I have file WP in Highcourt of Karnataka,But in status it's showning Non compliance of office objection for first time and in scrutiny it's showing One week time for compliance of office objection.

Sir ji some applicants filed a OA in CAT to remove irregularities in selection/merit list as per LDCE.
Now they came to know that their OA may be dismissed and in between the department has issued many promotion order illegally ( without following due process)
and some of them submitted a representation to the department to consider them by DPC. But the department has rejected the request on separate issue.
So please clarify whether they have to withdraw from old OA on different issues or they can file fresh OA on different issues.

रीट पटेशन दायर किए जो बिपक्ष है जिसे बिहार सरकार ऐसा है क्या? की उसको नोटिस मिले और वो जवाब ही न दे
वैसे तो रिट पीटेशन प्राप्त होने के बाद उसका जवाब विरुद्ध पक्ष ने देना अपेक्षित होता है, चाहे वह बिहार सरकार रहे या और कोई लोकल बॉडी। कभी-कभी अपवाद आत्मक रूप से सरकार जवाब दाखिल नहीं करती। तो ऐसी स्थिति में दो बातें हो सकती है।
या तो कोर्ट सरकार को जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए आदेश कर सकती है और जवाब दाखिल नहीं करने पर सख्त रवैया अपना सकती है, या फिर कोर्ट बिना जवाब के ही कसे को आगे चलाकर अपना निर्णय दे सकते हैं।
दो में से कौन सी बात करना है यह न्यायालय कैसे की स्थिति को देखकर तय करती है।
