How will you know when to switch the main or pilot jet? … I’m doing my nephews bike, installed new crank and new piston, and all new gaskets and seals. and purchased an ebay “racing carburetor” but then changed my mind and went bought a stock factory carb. Bought a force 4r reeds and an FMF fatty as well and I think I’m gonna try and run the factory settings and see how she runs. I’ve seen a few videos where they turn the idle up a bit for adjusting the air screws until they get a good throttle response so I think I’ll give that a try aswell
If you have added all those modifications, I would definitely re-jet the bike. If not, it might run decent, you are going to be running very lean and lock up the engine. These will also help : ) amzn.to/3qO0UWp
