Quick trip sa Infanta Quezon

We went to Infanta last November because we wanted and explore this beautiful place that’s not so far from Manila. Ang saya ng may open spaces, fresh air, and masarap na pagkain!

Here are the ingredients to my Grilled Bangus recipe
2 pcs boneless bangus
2 large tomatoes, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tablespoons or 1 large knob finely chopped ginger
salt and pepper (to taste)
Also needed:
banana leaf or foil (for wrapping the fish)
