So hyped for the new edition of MESBG. Played a few games already and it’s feeling great. Hoping to pickup my pre-order box tomorrow and follow your painting guides!
If you don’t mind me asking, what’s the rationale behind not under shading / zenithal priming first? Just a genuine question as I’m going to be painting up this box when I get my hands on it using your scheme. Thanks!
I don’t mind the question at all. I will answer it with a challenge though if you don’t mind and it’s the one I ask myself with every model which is why I never Zenithal prime anything. Is having slightly darker Armpits worth the time and effort of two different spray cans of primer and the drying time of each layer? And some would say get an airbrush and prime all your miniatures that way. But I would challenge that with the same question. Is buying an airbrush and learning that skill worth the time and effort for slightly darker armpits on a model. The answer for me is always emphatically no. 😂
@@WarhipsterAll good points! If something can be easier and quicker then I’m all for that as well 😅 I always think my attempts at under shading lead to desaturation anyway, and you end up putting multiple coats of contrast down, so it was just to hear why you didn’t as your paint jobs are always incredible. Thanks!
Warhipster: Master of Contrasts! These look great (as always).
I’ve really enjoyed all the LOTR content lately! These tutorials are awesome, thanks for putting these together
Josh your videos are ALWAYS cool 😎 and amazing
You made that seem so clean, can’t wait to attempt these
They look so good, I'm really eager for the box to arrive to paint them like this
Love the content. Thanks for helping me paint my Seraphon!
