You are the sweetest! Appreciate your support always xx Reduce the angle at which you are doing the exercise - hip flexor work is generally firing when there is a lever of some sort of the body or lower body so minimise your ROM and focus on driving your lower back to the ground!
Respectfully, the shoulder presses on 5:19 need better technique. The best angle for your elbows is generally slightly in front of your body rather than directly out to the sides. This helps to reduce the risk of impingement and puts less stress on the shoulder joints
I have more than capable shoulder joints to perform them in a way that is comfortable for me which is how I have done it. Also unsure if its just the view but my elbows are not directly in line with my shoulders while I am doing it, they sit forward already. This comment is just silly, the difference is so slight. Thank you for the concern though.
