Everything hanging out for sure😳 Because, It took a while, and when he said bear with me for a moment, and you can clearly tell his voice got closer, i think he needed to wrap bandage around her waist to secure the gauze. So when he tighten it and tapped it down he's basically going over her tummy with the medical tape and hugging her from behind 😳 when they both heard the footsteps, he might have just easily laid his chin on MC's shoulder while he is hugging her from behind, and thats how he reached for the gun strapped to her right leg 😳😳 and he eventually took the gun. But he still stayed in the same position, hugging her from behind, but now his 2 hands are in the front of her where she can see and he asked her to load it for him. Now both MC and Sylus hands are gripping the gun together, pointing it at the door. Thats why the whispering never stop. His chin is still resting on one of MC's shoulder 😳😳 EDIT: I can feel him swapping from one shoulder to the other THIS SLY MAN
