Out side fuel lid is waste. You have to remove the key and open the lid. Better if it is inside the seat. Blue tooth route navigation is not working well. Suspension is hard. Getting milage between 45 and 50. My review after using for 8 months 3000 km personally. Good vehicle for good road conditions.
Coming to suspension, it should be like this only. You will appreciate this if you drive with a pillion. With a very soft suspension in activa, the scooter turned out to be very bouncy.
Soft suspension is good on bad roads and hard suspension is worst on bad roads . India is full of bad roads.
